At the outset, NBC President Mr Ashis Kumar Sarkar addressed the audience on virtual platform and gave an insight on 'Women Empowerment', while welcoming guest Ms Priya Hingorani with a request to share her experience on 'importance of knowledge & education' that helped scale up her career.

Ms Mou Dutta, introduced her to the audience, and mentioned that Ms Priya is a very strong woman who has excelled in her life with lot of experience.

Ms Priya Hingorani has been the recipient of many Awards and Recognition. She is an active member of CII-IWN (Indian Women Network - a network for career women) for women leadership and is a mentor & coach for young women professionals.

Ms Higorani started her presentation on 'knowledge and education' with highlights on the following:

• an ode
• anchoring myself
• kathak dancer
• meditation
• reading
• relaxation near sea beach

She also quoted some glimpses on her career chart:

• "If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be".
• "The goal of marriage is not to think alike but to think together".

After her presentation, there was an interactive Q&A session on women empowerment.

Ms Mou Dutta concluded the discussion by thanking her.
