This is only a "Intent to Join" form. To join us you need to send us the filled "enrollment form" along with your photograph. Your form should be mailed to our club address mentioned below . Our club committees decision regarding enrollment is final. The membership fees for all new members from May 2011 is Rs.3000.00 and yearly subscription is Rs.500.00 from the year 2011-2012
