New Bengal Club

When the club was formed,the most important thing in mind of founders was transperancy. Hence a Nine member Managing Committee was designed and was agreed that :

• All decision taken for Club operation would have to be approved by the Managing Committee.
• A Managing Committee decision would be considered valid if a meeting has 2/3rd of its members present in it.
• Members of Managing committee will be selected/elected from the common members and Office bearers such as President, Secretary and Treasurers would be selected/elected from amongst them.
• President, Secretary and Treasurers will change every year.
• As the Club grew bigger, to enable a fair representation from all areas,the strength of the Managing Committee was increased from 9 to 15.
