In the introductory address, Ms Mousumi Mukherjee greeted the guest and the audience, and gave an insight of Ms. Anusuya Basu.
A member of the NBC family, Anusuya was born and brought up in Nort-East and served Indian Express and NE-Times as a crime reporter after obtaining degree in Journalism. After marriage, she is settled in Thane and develpoed a passion for cooking, deriving inspiration from the cooking skills and ideas of her mother and grandmother. Her husband, Mr Sudip Basu, has always been encouraging her style of cooking.
During lockdown, her daughter Anahita came up with the Idea of starting a food channel on YouTube. This was the advent of Mamma’s Kitchen Diary channel on YouTube. Please 'Like & Subscribe' the channel.
Anusaya’s live demonstration included one non-veg recipe using the microwave oven:

She also emphasized the importance of plating and presentation.
The recipe demonstration was easy to grasp. Anusuya answered all the queries from our viewers. She thanked her audience and requested to watch her channel on Youtube regularly.
