Experienced dietician, Ms Kavita Sinha,discussed a proper diet plan for healthy life of women, which the participants made a note of. There was question & answer session also which benefited all the participants.
Thanks a lot to Ms Kavita Sinha for being with us inspite of her busy schedule and we look forward to have her amongst us again in future.
Women's day was also celebrated by cutting a cake. Mother of our member, Bhaswati Nag, recited a beautiful poem on Women to mark the occasion.
It was a eventful day and thanks to all the members for their enthusiastic participation.
