Rabindra Jayanti Celebration
Observing Kobiguru Rabindranath Tagore's birthday is a festival amongst Bengalis throughout the world. Cultural programmes are held everywhere. Artistes, dancers and elocutionists pay their tribute to Kobiguru through various forms of art.
NBC also, on 9th May'19, paid tribute through a small yet beautiful impromptu cultural programme. Almost everybody present took part in a way in the programme. Solo, duet & chorus songs, dance, recitations, talks and storytelling made it an excellent programme enjoyed by all.
The programme was organised by NBC Ladies' Wing, steered nicely by Jhuma Dutta, Malabika Bose & Sanjukta Ghosh Maity, that ended with delicious snacks.
Tea and snacks were served to all.
The program ended with a happy note.
