Like every year, this year too, NBC organized an Unique celebration of its Annual Day alongwith Annual General body meeting.
Why not? When the Club has such Unique list of members, it should celebrate the Annual Day also in a different manner.

| 1.30 pm | Sumptuous Lunch break (mouth watering surprise menu as usual) |
| 5.00 pm | Evening high tea |
Our endeavour is to provide with fun and frolic. All the amenities + food comes at a cost of Rs 600 per head - Which the club spent. In turn, we collected only Rs.150/- per person from our members and their family (spouse , children and dependable parent)and balance was subsidised by club. Children above 5 yrs were charged full. Children up to the age of 5 yrs could share their meal with any of their parents. You will agree that the amount is insignificant compared to the arrangement.
So requested was for all to send confirmations and the contributions to any of our following members by 20th April 2013. Members also could hand over their contributions to Mr. A.K.Chatterjee in the club house on this Sunday 14th April from 10-30 am to 11-30 am.
Those who are not able to utilize the above arrangements were asked to carry their contribution on the Annual day to the venue and hand over there to any of the organising committee members. However confirmation of participation had to reach us by 20th April to enable us to give the final figure to the Hotel authorities.
Member had to make their own arrangement to reach the venue. Notice of Annual General Body meeting were sent through mail. Invitation for Annual day were also attached. Hard copy of Balance Sheet was couriered to members
