NBC invited all our members with family in our Barsha Mangal programme (NBC's - Monsoon Cultural Programme) held in Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium ( Mini Theatre) on 19th of July , Saturday, from 7:00 pm onwards. It was held amidst packed audience.
Congratulations to all the meritorious students. As per the tradition of New Bengal Club ,this year also we felicitated all the meritorious children of our members.
Members whose children had passed SSC exam of any board this year 2014 with 85% and above marks and those passed HSC exam of any board this year 2014 with 80% or above marks were requested to forward the name of their children by 10th July 2014. A soft copy or a hard copy of the mark sheet needed to be submitted. All the meritorious students those were to be honored, were requested to be present in the hall along with their parent by 7pm.
Programme started with felicitation to Meritorious students and sports personnel of the club. Ms. Bulbul Sengupta and Ms. Bina Nandi were felicitated by LW President Ms. Nivedita Gupta & Club Secretary Mr. Suman Dutta respectively.
Our members Ms. Bulbul Sengupta, Principal of New Horizon Public School, Airoli; and, Ms. Bina Nandi, Vice-Principal of New Horizon Scholar, Airoli gave away the prizes to following students:
After the programme, contributory dinner is arranged for the members at Rs.200/ per head ( Children below 5 years of age no charge).
Those who are interested to have dinner are requested to enroll their names at the earliest.
