New Bengal Club invites all the devotees irrespective of caste, creed and religion to join the festival and also to obtain the blessings of Maa Durga, Maa Kali & Maa Lakshmi for the well being of every one.
A special attraction of this year's puja is our Innovative Theme Pandal. We have chosen the theme "Stree Shakti" (Women Power) to commemorate those great women freedom fighters whose names have been carved in history for their dedication, bravery, determination, audacity and undying devotion to the service of India. Their saga of bravery will be remembered forever. The Craft medium like Dhaan (unhusked rice), Tush (rice husks) and jute will be used for inside and outside pandal design which are totally eco-friendly.
The Sculptor: One of the most talented sculptors of Kumartuli, Kolkata's Mr. Prodip Rudra Pal will be sculptoring a theme based Durga Idol, to be installed in our unique pandal. Mr. Pal has won consequetively the "Asian Paints Sharad Samman Award" from 1994 till 2013 in Kolkata, for Best Idol Maker.
Museum on Wheels: There will be a mobile museum in our event called "Museum on Wheels" to be organized by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, Fort, Mumbai.

Like every year Anandomela is celebrated on the Chaturthi day, which is falling on 28th’: September/Sunday this year.
Anandomela is a signature event for NBC. This being our 14th: year we expect an enormous footfall .
There will be food courts-with Bengali delicacies, Display of art and handicrafts by small entrepreneurs, Games galore, lucky dips, etc and etc
